Self-aware bad movies STINK. They made a sequel to Samurai Cop 30 years later where the cast is all in on it and it looked so stupid. The schadenfreude element disappears when it sucks on purpose.

I think he knows what a lot of people think and legitimately does not give a shit. He made a huge documentary about his movies and how to make films and he's 100% all in legitimately what you think he is and thinks he's making masterpieces. And he is, in his way.

That Samurai Cop 2 sucked dick. They cast a bunch of porn chicks and the original cut at least had tits in it. Then they reedited it and took all the sex out because people were critizicing it. It was even worse. Those fuckers should be ashamed. It wasn't anything like the original and tried so hard to be bad in a cool way which had worked 0 times.
