If the agent was doing his job properly, he'd have a local cop with him to assist or at least would have notified the local PD of what he was doing so this exact type of situation didn't occur. How are the cops supposed to know who he is without identifying him? He didn't appear to be wearing a badge. He's the faggot for not immediately complying and making the situation 10x worse because he thinks being a federal agent makes him above the law.
