I've forgone regularly taking allergy pills for a while now cause I'm retarded and am incapable of taking pills on a schedule

What do you suggest?
I'm asking because the standard sleeping help(benedryl) pill I knew were usually the same ingredient of only 25mg of diphenhydramine which doesn't make sense in my tard brain, especially after finding out there's several types of allergy pills that are of some other shit.

I've had hay fever forever, but i also sneeze harder than i ejaculate so I wanna stop doing that so violently in front of people.
