I honestly don't even think I'm addicted to nicotine so much as the act of smoking. I like breathing smoke, which is obviously a totally unnatural thing to do to your body. I can go days without smoking a cigarette just because it doesn't cross my mind. When I had covid I didn't smoke for 2 weeks and in hindsight it was pretty retarded to start again.
