I like him. The Corrections is my favorite. His writing has a decent sense of humor, and his books have yet to be ruined by any shitty TV or film adaptations.

I loved The Corrections as a teenager. "So other people have rich internal lives and reasons for their actions that elude me?" Being a retard, that really was a revelation to me.
