How much are you lifting brothaman? Never had a panic attack at the gym, but when I started strength training if I lifted too much too quick I would get lightheaded and would have to stop.

I've only ever had them after people close to me died and it always hits me while I'm driving for some reason, which is not ideal. My hands and face go numb and I have to pull over and try to figure out how to breathe normally again.

I find going for a nice long walk helps.. right off the edge of the pool table with a rope around your neck
