I know 3 off the top of my head. All happened when I was in college.

1. My one buddy was accused after he had drunk sex with some chick at a party where she was the only girl. He ended up being brought in for questioning on campus but it ended there. He was a creeper so I could see it happening but I guess the cops didn’t want to pursue charges. We’re not friends today but that’s just because we never kept in touch. Nothing to do with being an accused raper.

2. My other buddy was also accused by a girl who had regrets after they had drunk sex because she had a boyfriend. She straight up lied to the cops and they dismissed her after my buddy gave them a note she left for him saying they should do it again LOL. We still hang out every once in a while.

3. My one buddy straight up fucked a drunk chick and acknowledged he took advantage of her while she was drunk. I believe she accused him but he got off because his dad was a Keith the cop type of NYPD cop. I distanced myself from him but would occasionally hit him up to buy weed because this was the mid 2000s and people would still joke about rape so it wasn’t as big a deal. I have no idea what happened to him.
