For example I google DMAN to see if it's a LOTR reference and this shows up:

But when I click on the link there's a few definitions before the one that says DMAN is for an extrmely annoying and retarded person, for example:

How am i supposed to know what DMAN really means?

meanings of words can change, i would therefore go with the youngest definition, of which there seems to be a chain going back to 2016 as well.
