- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Not loving the new season. Maybe it passed me by?
It’s total shit. I thought the show jumped the shark with that weird episode with that feral kid, but season 3 is even worse. I want to smash a cinderblock into the face of that genderfluid nervous nelly teenage broad on there also.
The show is obviously not real in that it takes place in the mind of Barry. Likely while he is in a mental home or a max security prison. You have to watch this show like Total Recall (the first one) or The Matrix. Everything in this show takes place in the mind of Barry AFTER he has been arrested for all of his murders. He is re-imagining his life because he has already been arrested for his various crimes. So his way of passing time in jail is to write his life's story as a movie script complete with stupid movie tropes and wacky scenes and affirmation action casting and over the top fag characters.
Barry is already in jail for life sentence at the start of the show.
Remember the ending of Eastbound and Down? How it was revealed that nothing was real and you were simply watching the Kenny Powers Movie as he was writing it on his laptop. This show will end the same way. It will end with Barry being in prison and casting his life's story as a play in prison. With him as an acting coach to a bunch of prisoners.
The stuff with the crazy karate girl? The motorcycle bad guys missing every single shot? The 'fags with hearts of gold'? Is all just mocking Hollywood. Stuff like the Chechen suicide bomber is a strong hint that this stuff is not really happening. Or the bomb app on the phone. It is meant to be a insane person, Barry, romanticizing his life while in prison for a series of violent murders.

My brother said it's really good but without managing to make it sound good at all.

Okay well that makes it more understandable. It doesn't mean it's not shit though.
I've thought more or less the same since season 2. Barry is in a psych ward dealing with intense PTSD. Gene is his therapist, helping him cope through writing/performing out his trauma etc. The "Barry as hitman" is Barry's way of discussing and dealing with the trauma brought on by killing so many combatants and civilians while deployed to Iraq.
Barry is an unreliable narrator. In last night's episode, his former war buddy turned FBI agent referred to him as "The Human Ice Machine," suggesting that he was a cold blooded killer during his deployment. Everything we have seen from Barry's POV tells a different story; he was reluctant to kill, the civilians deaths were accidental, etc.
Iraq turned Barry into The Human Ice Machine just as Vietnam turned Private Pyle into Animal Mother.
Or not. Maybe it really is a sorta kooky, surreal show about a soldier turned hitman turned actor

I just stopped watching that show after a few episodes. Don't know why, it was decent and I might go back. It was funny though how they inadvertently made a Nazi run US look like paradise.
