- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergencies (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Here's the great thing about Opie.
You can say "he fell into success" or "accidentally" got O&A fired and rehired multiple times, each time for more money. You can say "Opie lucked out" because of right place, right time, right partner.... you can say the business at that time was "handing out contracts" to people in radio...
What Opie, even if unintentional, is so great at -- is being confrontational to the extent that it takes people aback, and makes them ignore what he actually said, to instead focus on his blunt tone.
Opie was right to hang up on Shuli, who was trying to use Opie for clicks, rope him into a troll, associate his name with The Stuttering John Stallkers. Instead, Opie rejected both John and Shuli. This got him trending this past week and today. In addition to trending last month for putting Luis J Gomez firmly in his place.
Sidenote, Anthony has only recently Trended for being hospitalized for a heart-related condition. But The DMAN hasn't taken any shots at Anthony lately, and he wants to keep it that way

Opie was right to tell Luis to go fuck himself. Luis took a shot at Opie when he thought a fan was calling him "Opie" as an insult, in fact they said "Opie" just because Luis ended his comment with "...Period." Luis got thin skinned and defensive and called the fan 40 years old for knowing Opie's name. (which Luis had to know in order to make that joke... Nice age, stupid.)
And yet, the people are absolutely DUMBFOUNDED as to why Opie would defend himself. Opie has spent years undergoing social media torture from his own fans, from Auntie's hate manipulation -- and total strangers, from the Redditor obsession with the cake stomp and Opie's other genuinely edgy videos. He makes fun of the crippled homeless people and effeminate lady gaga fans to their faces on the street, with WURRDS, Not by spraying windex chemicals into their face on camera and hitting them in the head, throwing shit at them... Like someone in obscurity who lives without Opie.
But here's the great thing about Opie... He takes what anyone is thinking, and turns it into reality... Then gets himself some heat on his name. Opie knows how to conduct himself, even if he's not belching out a one liner about homosexual wordplay, he is capable of managing his image.
Look where he is today VS. where he would have been months ago if he DIDN'T defend his name...
If you let Luis J Gomez use YOUR NAME as a slur, your name becomes an insult the mark jabrones use on each other. If Luis, who you confronted irl for bashing you, keeps bashing you behind your back... You're supposed to enjoy this?
If you let Shuli associate YOUR NAME with Stuttering John, you become 'on the level' with Stuttering John in the minds of the mark jabrones.
So Opie didn't let them get away with it -- As a result, he is now $1,000 richer from super chats from MLC fans donating.... He has now publicly positioned himself as a Solo entity who insults Stuttering John AND Shuli, but doesn't need to dip into the Stuttering John Stallker Hate like Shuli desperately has.
When your name is "OPIE" you have to overprotect that name, just to maintain credibility.
