I've watched a few Friedkin by coincidence these last few days, including this one.
It's good. Not French Connection or Sorcerer good, but it's good. If you don't like watching men with taches kissing vigorously, skip it.
The look of it is interesting, plus Pacino is alright and Sorvino is good in it.
