As you can probably tell, I’m not a huge fan of this author and I’m somewhat critical of both his personal and professional accomplishments.
I think the dismissal is in regards to Mont acting as the trustee because his letter was sent to the judge on June 15 and we have no further documents past this date.
No, I think the dismissal is the amortization. It’s over.
The trustee can recommend that the judge dismiss the amortization plan and that’s exactly what the letter was about that we saw.
Fair enough, I just think it is odd that it is still on his calender along with another case for the same time and in the same room. I would have expected him to clear his calendar if nothing was happening that day, for example, the four separate closed cases on July 24 at 4pm is still in his calendar.
