275 pounds sounds more intimidating than 225 pounds, assuming that it is 275 pounds of solid muscle. How is "225 pounds", which is totally untrue, any better than "275 pounds of solid muscle", which is only a half-truth?

Your issue in this, is that you think Rick is capable of rationale thought.
He does so much cardio with his triathlon training routine that he can't get that big
I guess it gives a little insight into how he sees himself. He imagines that he's lean and mean, and able to use his quickness and guile to neutralize a larger, stronger foe.
It's all hypothetical though since he's too much of a pussy to get into a fight, even if a guy is hitting on his wife right in front of him.
