Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).
- All parties involved signed NDAs so that the general public would never know.
- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.
- Is the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America funding Mr. Tomlinson's lawsuit against the Milwaukee Police? If they are, the general public probably wouldn't know due to their history of funding expensive lawsuits in secret.
- You can use IRS form 3949-A to report SFWA's activity if you reasonably believe that it is illegal for a 501(c)(3) charity to secretly fund frivolous nuisance lawsuits for one of its members.

- Mr. Tomlinson's feud started after members of the now-defunct Reddit site r/opieandanthony got his Twitter account suspended, causing him to threaten some bored trolls who never heard of him with a libel lawsuit. The trolls responded predictably.
- Mr. Tomlinson has been instructed many times by friends, family, police, and attorneys to stop engaging with his trolls, and that continuing to provoke them will cause him to be trolled even more. Mr. Tomlinson wilfully ignores this advice
- He would eventually file a defamation suit against 60 anonymous people which was dismissed with Mr. Tomlinson being ordered to pay $34,762.25 for opposing parties' attorney fees.
- He ended up paying $83,736.99 due to his unsuccessful attempts to dodge the court-ordered judgement, for which he faced jail time and contempt charges.
- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal (himself) to a troll.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

he seriously needs a basketball american encounter. I swear if he just replied " lol I fucked it up " about the fence and had a little humility, it would do wonders to help rehab his image and not always come across as a flaming piece of dog shit. He really is like Chris Chan when it comes to " trolls " . Does he think everyone here is a hivemind that is lead by a singular queen? I got into Chris, I mean Ian Brandon Anderson, about the Liquid saga and yep. Totally right. His view of himself is fucking titanium. Its always everyone else's fault and reality warps with his perception of it. It's what makes him the absolute best to follow and makes him deserve everything he gets.
This last, bizarre exchange would fool a psychiatric evaluator into thinking he's schizophrenic or something. The constant contradicting, the absolute refusal to give up the last word, the ignoring serious events in the real world that can impact his life significantly...
I mean there is a day where licensed bailiffs will come and haul his shit away and perhaps, if he pushes it, go for the house. But he will ignore every email, every tweet, every letter and friendly knock by a collector because 'No. I don't owe a cent.'
I just hope there's some footage of him trying to fight the bailiffs or whatever and then, Allah willing, some rascal gets to buy his crap for pennies on the dollar and we can all get lactose intolerant on the creamy milk...

God I can not wait for that day. During that moment when everything comes crashing down, his manufactured persona, all the lies he tells himself and others, how I wish I could be there. I honestly hope he loses it all because that fat piece of shit couldn't handle getting infected with the same venom he spews out daily online. Patrick had to be the tough guy and draw the battle line in the sand about dealing with trolls. They weren't gonna mess with this special boy and get away with it, no one gets the better of this stealthy geek. He was gonna take that bet in court and sue everyone ! Well he fucking lost and instead of being a man about it and ponying up what is owed, he has to retreat further into his delusions because he wrote a check his fat fucking ass couldn't cash.
