Why do people always fall for the socialist “TAX THE RICH” stuff when cursory research sees they pay the most tax income?

Same with minimum wage, some people simply aren’t worth it and increasing it too much leads to higher unemployment.

I get why you that upsets people, but it doesn’t make it any less true.

I’m pretty sure the blacks paid to be elevator attendants because they haven’t got the capacity to even work retail preferred that to nothing at all, and you are never going to force people to pay a lot of money for that position.

Someone like Donald Trump has paid more in taxes in one year than I would pay in my lifetime.

I always explain it to retarded 20 year olds in simple terms with exaggerated numbers.

"Listen kid. If you made 40,000 in a year and paid 10% in taxes you would pay $4,000 in taxes. If super rich person made $2,000,000 but only paid an "unfair 5%" they would still pay $100,000 in taxes. Now quit complaining and get back to work."

The rich are taxed just fine.

Minimum wage is poison. Imagine being some 18 year old who just graduated high school and can't afford college and doesn't want to take out loans.

The 18 year old really wants to go be a plumber and inquiries about a position as an apprentice and is told he can do it for $13 an hour.

Kid is walking home and sees McDonald's is hiring, and it's at $15 an hour. Decides to go work at McDonald's so he can feel like he's earning more.

Doesn't realize that after 2 years he's making $16 an hour while sticking with the plumbing apprentice after 2 years he'd likely be a journeyman plumber charging $125 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours.

Not to mention all the jobs he created, and all the tax they paid.

If you tax them at liberal idea levels they’ll just say fuck it, and instead of creating jobs and businesses, just invest for passive income. Or just leave.

We don’t have a tax problem in this country. It’s a spending problem. The unfunded liabilities of the New Deal era programs are nearly 250 trillion going forward. Which is why both sides support an unmitigated wave of shitskin invaders pouring over the border because we need more young workers than old to just keep these programs running.

I’d say it’s because the current era of endless deregulation and tax breaks for the wealthy (starting in the 70s and continuing through today) has coincided with an explosion in costs for housing, housing, healthcare, healthcare, retirement and education. If you’re under the age of 55, there’s a good chance you’ll never afford a home, have insane student loans that your parents and society generally pressured you into taking out, have no realistic retirement plan and your wages have not kept up with prices today. Given all that, it doesn’t feel great to see Amazon get yet another tax break when Republicans take power. What I’m getting at is people want some alternative to the same economic policy that hasn’t done much for them individually. Sure the total GDP might be higher but that doesn’t mean their individual lives are better.

I agree with all of the above but I’m just talking pragmatically, socialism leads to ruin. The percentages don’t matter, it’s all image.

"The (((elites))) all rape children for fun and health purposes. Don't take their money though."
Right, there is no difference between connected government elites and independently wealthy people. They're all just "rich". And when the government takes their money, they will start giving it out to the poor instead of handing each other bloated contracts with zero accountability.
