Back in college when I had to take the bus I would carry a cell jammer.
there was one particular brown guy who I would torment by allowing him to talk for 15 secs then drop his call.
he would end up moving to different seats on the bus thinking he could get a better signal.
I ended up being able to make him move to any seat I chose by denying him phone signal until he sat in the one I designated.
I'm fairly sure he become aware of it too as he was going to work so used the bus 5 days a week. I only went 2, the other three days when I wasn't on the bus he probably had no issue.

I live in a predominantly white city and took a 7AM bus on Sunday morning. You can guess the race and gender of the one person talking loudly on their phone.

All the security guards at my job ever do is talk on their phone constantly.
