I could have met Tim at a meet and greet on MacDill AFB in Tampa. He did stand up on base through the USO and I guess he talked to the crowd after. I could have meet Gray Sensie (spelling) too.

But both times I got drunk instead

The pratfall in the operating room is really funny, but that sketch shows what a hindrance the live format can be. What should have been a quick, simple sketch emphasizing Farley's physical comedy gets bloated to nearly six minutes to accommodate a bunch of establishing shots and a superfluous theme song sequence which only exist to mask all the resets and costume changes.

Also keep milking that dead arm gag, ya Canuck fuck, it didn't bomb enough the fourth time.

Nice over analyzing, silly. But I agree that Mike Meyers is the most overrated 90’s SNL actor and I think the early 90’s SNL cast is far superior to Tina Fey’s cast.

Gary Sinise is the shit when it comes to helping vets. The fact that you never see him in mainstream movies anymore sorta confirms that he’s not an evil asshole. I think.

i'm thinking 85-86 where they fired almost everyone except Lovitz and a few others. they had some decent talents (RDJ, Randy Quaid) but they weren't right for that show. ebersole was producing and it was shit until Lorne Michaels (Canuck Jew) came back

edit: ok, lovitz as satan is funny. but the whole lead up to the sketch and the setup was worthless.
and I loved dennis miller as the anchor of weekend update

Yeah some of it was unnecessary but it's a well thought out 10 minute sketch and a little dark and creative. A million years different than where they've been forever.

I liked Miller too. And Nealon.
