Yes. Joe feels he's entitled to shop for and purchase only the very best. He doesn't own a shirt purchased in this decade, or one with sleeves, but his refined, sophisticated palette requires the finest groceries money can buy. And it's completely outrageous how Joe Biden allowed and encouraged the only gourmet grocery store in his proximity to unfairly gouge him that way. Fortunately, though, once Trump passes the "Everything Is Way Cheaper Now" bill, this will all be nothing but an unpleasant memory for Joe.
