- He also filed 2 frivolous restraining orders against people who had engaged in First Amendment-protected behavior (one for texting him and another for attending his contempt of court hearing), both of which were dismissed.
- Early on in the lawsuit, Mr. Tomlinson vandalized his own motorcycle and submitted a false police report blaming the people he was suing.
- He accidentally sent surveillance video of the alleged vandal to a troll. The individual in the video is very obviously Patrick S. Tomlinson.
- Mr. Tomlinson has never submitted this video footage during any of his many media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.
- He also recently sued the MPD for money.

Nana only dies first if Manbody Missy takes him out.
Overall I think Joe is in better shape than Nana. He at least tries somewhat with vitamins, doesn’t drink as much and he’s more active (busy schedule busking for coins). He eats some home cooked meals although they look like udder shit.

All very true for sure. Anthony could definitely kick it first. Hell it might be way funnier to watch Joe try to continue living after Nana goes and stops providing.

Not sure but it’s definitely a lot less. I’m almost certain Joe’s allowance was either cut off entirely or greatly reduced. Joe has had to sell off a few of his Chinese knockoffs, is taking on a lot more gigs, was way behind on his electric bill and bitches about minor expenditures.
He also has a lot more overhead these days. He just bought that house in SC, pays rent on the apartment in Mineola (rents in that building are over 3k per month), pays for the studio and staff in NYC plus utilities for all the aforementioned locations. He is supporting Manbody Missy as well.
Nana has a bad ticker, a severe alcohol (and probably pill) addiction, and lives in a constant state of rage.
Joe is a father of…father of FOUR!, somewhat tries to be healthier, engages in a physical hobby which will keep his brain sharper relatively speaking, and seems to be a bit more calm despite his occasional rage posts.

6 foot 1 isn't giant..but it's also not old people's height. I have a uncle who is 6 foot 7 and it's just a matter of time before he dies and I am not putting myself forward to carrying the coffin

Drunks are hard to kill. Joe has an obese, diseased body and is on a battery of medications. I don't think moderate doses of TRT are going to kill Nana.

Yes he had one the same time Fez had his first heart attack and has at least one stent. During the Fez loves Dawn bit Fez said Anthony and Joe wanted to beat him up, which Ron called a "stent-fight" alluding to Ant's stent as well.
