What's the deal with these fuckers? Some days they upload. Some days they don't. And, why do they always delete them a day or two later?

These are people who spend time recording and uploading Jim & Sam episodes. That should be enough to tell you about their mental state. The issues they must have are beyond comprehension.

I think they listen while recording to the show and come to the realization that this shit is so bad, why should I even bother.

Because YouTube can't handle the data traffic these videos generate, so they remove them to stabilize their infrastructure.
