good luck brotherman! i was so scared when i first walked into the doc's office after 10+ years without a physical. I only drank about 24 road sodas a week but I was 400 pounds from #Ruizing too much. my blood pressure was sky high and my kidney numbahz were a little high too. if i hadn't seem a doc I could have had a stroke or shot my kidneys from the pressure!
