the argument to do something with possible legal consequences was always retarded. “nothing will happen, the lawyers are ruining our radio show!”

But if management had said “you can do it if you sign something saying we don’t condone the activity, you hold the radio station harmless and assume all liability” none of those cowards would do it either.

It’s the same reason Ant never did any of the wild stuff he said he would once on his shit network. No one wants to get sued.

Or they’d complain about management not providing some particular thing they wanted. Hey shitheads, management only has to give what you negotiated on the contract. Don’t like it? Don’t sign it without what you want being included.
