Whats your new year's resolutions?

I’ve always been very critical of my own body because of bullying growing up, and after having a glow up, I still held myself to very unrealistic standards. But this year I’ve been learning to fully accept myself and realize that there’s nothing wrong with me. My new Years Resolution is to give myself the love and care that I deserve, and be a lot kinder to myself.

My secondary resolution is to put myself out there more, and not be afraid to make connections. Sometimes it’s hard for me ask for friends and relationships, because I’m scared the other person may not like me as much as I do them. But I now realize that was just my trauma getting in the way, and I am always good enough for others to like me. I no longer want to let my fears stop me from reaching out to people.

Seriously though, this whole "I'm good enough for others to like me" bullshit needs to end. She's not good enough for them which is why they don't like her. It's really that fucking simple. Lol. He listed a bunch of woman's problems so I just assumed. Jesus christ, redditors all need culling. The sheer emotional laziness of society nowadays is staggering. He doesn't like the shape of his body so his resolution is to ignore the voice in his head that's encouraging him to work out. He doesn't like his social life so his resolution is to put responsibility on everyone else for his lack of relationships.
He should try actually achieving something instead, then he might naturally end up being a little kinder to himself.
My resolution this year is to work harder on convincing myself that nothing needs changing so I can carry on being unhealthy and socially awkward guilt free.
