that regulation needs to be right to avoid 'happy hypoxia', that's why ambulances, etc use a calibrated entenox (with oxygen included).

It can deplete vitamin B12, so if ur a drinker I'd suggest leaving it well alone.

The death rate is estimate 1 in a million, but that doesn't mean it wont cause neurological damage, especially if you get a tank & nigger-rig it... you might go hypoxic & not wake up.

I haven't done this in years, but I've got an old nebuliser with some homemade adjustable valves on the input... I can't see me using it for a while - I'm leaning into sobriety, but it's nice to have just in case I need it

It was legal in Philly to fill them as long as you brought your own tank last i knew. The Nitrous Mafia has been selling 60lb tanks by the uhaul full at festivals for the last 2 decades from that loophole
