Twitter (uh, X) takes victim blaming very seriously. If you blame the victim for anything, you're basically saying women who dress provocatively deserve to be raped. Hildy even brought up that specific analogy during the podcast.

So it's this weird thing to aspire towards. The biggest victim can do and say whatever they want, but you don't get to say or do anything negative back to them. So Patrick going on national news to victimize himself only increases his victim points. If he reaches a certain tier of victimhood, he can walk into court tears streaming down his puffy cheeks. The judge will see him for the innocent angel he is, all his lies and threats forgiven.
