What does it mean when you play a video game and you always lose?

Am I just old now?

Every game that I play I suck at unless I put serious focus into it, and even then I'll still have lapses and then for some reason those are the turning points in the game every time.
Every loss, it's never not my fault. And I only play like 2 games

Worst part is, although I know it's bound to happen and I'll only win 1/5 times due to the above, I'll still jump on the game cause I used to be decent and it used to be fun.

I was playing Madden, discovered a thing where during the day I could buy RG for ~200k coins and then sell them at night for 350-450k coins. If they didn't sell, relist them the next night.

Madden decided that was coin farming and permabanned me. I appealed and got "we confirmed you were coin farming, you are not entitled to our investigation". So now I'll never buy a Madden game ever again.

I remember reading a story about Ronald Reagan at the end of his life pulling a mini toy White House from a fish tank and saying aloud that he thought it had something to do with him.

I totally get where you're coming from. Sometimes, it can feel frustrating when you're not performing as well in a game as you used to. It's important to remember that it's not necessarily about age, but more about how much time and focus you can dedicate to it.
