Watched: The Irishman (2019)

I liked it. As washed up as these ginzo twats are it was nostalgic to see them all in a modern movie. The Hoffa story is pretty interesting and I didn't know much about it.

Pacino is still a damn good actor and de Niro was good in the role. Movie was way too fucking long with too many moving parts. The scene with De Niro beating the guy up in front of his daughter was so funny I watched it like 5 times. Seeing Norton in it pissed me off.

There are so many funny aspects to this scene but the guy getting kicked full force in the head at 1:22 and not even acknowledging it and going straight back to begging is the best. I'll never watch this movie just because of how awful this is.

I refuse to waste my life watching this dullard of a movie. Just like I'm not interested in listening to the Rolling Stones' 28th album, I'm also not going to watch Scorcese try to grasp modern dreck film making. I'd rather watch Casino for the hundredth time.

It's almost like Big A was the inspiration for De Niro's method acting.

In fact, if anyone can dub Big A's voice over De Niro in The Irishman, I will be eternally grateful.
