I've ordered the battery (only $40 with s&h) and if it doesn't solve the problem, then I gotta get a new one. The whole thing has been snakebit since I poured a glass of wine into the keyboard a couple of years ago.

It was one of those situations where I needed a laptop desperately, but it was during the COVID shit where nobody could order shit in and all the shit was expensive. I've always hated Acer and I got jewed so bad, BUT I didn't like the idea of spending another $200-300 at the time. Business was fucked at the time.
