Basically if you are a scumbag there is opportunity to profit off bigger scumbags. I think this phenomena was started in mainstream tv with "Dog the Bounty Hunter".

But now its just your typical junkie that was molested is 'poaching'.

I stopped watching this shit coz it kept making me question who around me was a pedophile. I would judge everyone I met on whether theyd be on to catch a predator or not. Not healthy.
