I liked when the judge in the BDA case asked him what he thought the reason for him being there was and pig responded "Well I thought I was going to be heard". Yeah that's the reason for a court case, pig - so you can be heard.

It's even worse than that because he was completely unprepared for a RO hearing that he filed and served to BDA (love ya, miss ya) an hour before the hearing.

Highlights include:
"You don't have them printed out?"
"I was not aware of the nature of this hearing."
"What did you think we'd be doing today?"
"I don't recall sending those messages"
And then of course the infamous "Sir, don't do that."

He was just banking on BDA not showing up to defend himself, just like he banked on Q not showing up to defend himself.

IIRC, BDA posted somewhere that he got drunk and deleted all the texts. Fat took the bait and showed up to the hearing overconfident about his edited version of events only to look like a lying fool in front of the judge when Nadolski produced the proof.
