This white head on my scrotum has finally let loose.

Sounds gross, I know. But I have had this pesky white head on my sack for what seems to be close to a year. Ever since I first noticed it I've attempted to pop it without causing more of an issue, but the thing felt like a rock.

Well this morning I wake up and I go to scratch my balls when I notice the white head on about to finally pop. I gently squeeze it and the whole white head poured out. Shit looked like the end of a q tip came out of my sack.


So now I no longer have an embarrassing looking white head on my balls.
