I feel like the one thing that would improve the world the most is women not having babies they can't afford or knowingly pass diseases onto. I'm speaking primarily of third world shitholes, which then also affects all the other countries they migrate to or get aid from. It impacts crime and health and the global economy in such a dramatic way. Unfortunately the the poorer and stupider a woman is, the more babies she is likely to have. It's the world's most infuriating paradox.
