I've been hearing that. What's the first movie in this storyline?
this niggaI love
You should at least watch the original. It’s very entertaining. I watched it after War for the Planet of the Apes came out and loved it. These new ones are great, too. Especially War.The one with James Franco, I’ve never seen the OG ones.
Very good films. Caesar is a top G.
The original 68 one is a masterpiece. The third one, Escape from Planet of the Apes is great. Didn't care for 2,4 and 5. As for the new ones I liked Dawn and Kingdom.
The one where the apes are treated as a slave caste and revolt is PFGThe original 68 one is a masterpiece. The third one, Escape from Planet of the Apes is great. Didn't care for 2,4 and 5. As for the new ones I liked Dawn and Kingdom.
Just don’t expect it to be like the newer ones and you’ll probably be fine. It’s like a silly B-movie with a real budget.I’ll watch it since it’s been recommended twice now but it looks terrible
I liked Beneath the Planet of The Apes as well. Granted last time I watched either was when I was like 11 or 12 but I intend to eventually eat some Acid and watch the first two at some point. There’s an awesome documentary they used to show on TV when they would do marathons that was pretty entertaining, assumably much more than anything else with the POTA moniker attached aside from the first two. Budget kept getting smaller, Cold Dead Hands wanted no part of them after the first one, eventually they are just TV movies in the 70s, etc.I’ll watch it since it’s been recommended twice now but it looks terrible
I disagree with that, I think it's a masterpiece and one of the greatest sci-fi films ever made. Movies like that aren't made anymore, the reveals all come quite a bit into the movie and there's not really any action. It’s like a silly B-movie with a real budget.
I didn’t mean that in an insulting way, some B-movies are (The Evil Dead) masterpieces. I unironically loved the film. I was referring more to the plot than the tone. Heston slowly revealing himself as the movie goes on was fawkin awesome.I disagree with that, I think it's a masterpiece and one of the greatest sci-fi films ever made. Movies like that aren't made anymore, the reveals all come quite a bit into the movie and there's not really any action.
I love checking in on those monkey guys.
