Learned today that they are kicking them out to "renovate" their apartment without the option to renew. Finally got enough complaints (probably white folks too) who got tired of their shit.

My assumption is you hide a bluetooth speaker or place it somewhere out of their reach like on top of a mailbox, and then crank even shittier music as often as you can.

EMF interference device made from 3 old microwaves, or find/make a couple of electrical contacts to their supply & taser them - the high voltage bridges gaps & allows full grid current... all their appliences will stop working in spectacular fashion.

When I had a couple of bums living below me I'd blast this 4 hour version of All Star by Smashmouth on a loop but it only gets to the "and they don't stop comin'" part and it would just repeat that over and over. I'd go away for full weekends with that shit blaring.

They would come home and bring bags of their coworkers uniforms to watch. They were only there for like 3 months so I think management figured out and told them to take a hike

Don't do this. They can test for Helium in an autopsy so probably the same for Argon since they are both rare gasses. (unless the minecraft forensic mod removed that feature)
