You gotta admit its pretty cool tho…deeper than just “looking cool”. The deep evil reds, i think, represent the disarray and chaos of the Brits since Elizabeths passing…and now the current King isn’t seen as a worthy successor, has butthole cancer, and is basically an interim king…People in 100 years will look back at this portrait and instinctively understand he reigned over chaos
