Pat has a talent for coming up phrases that don't make make any sense, that stand on their own as examples of his retardation.
One that he's been using a lot recently when explaining his situation to civilians is "If I knew who they were, they would already be in prison". This totally encapsulates what a retard he is.
It doesn't matter if he knows someone's name, what matters is if there is evidence to convict that person of any crime, a venue for the trial to take place, and a motivated prosecutor to pursue charges. Obviously none of that exists.
But even if all of that existed and it was a certainty that the jury would convict, the statement is still retarded, because the instant he finds out anyone's name, they would not already be in prison (unless it's for totally unrelated reason like @Ricci Ryda).
