People at work incapable of doing basic tasks.
People on the sidewalk totally clueless about when to cross the street.
People you talk to who completely come apart on their position or idea after the first question. (Duuude you're so schmarmy)
Everyone doing a presentation is terrible. Errors on the slide, saying nothing of significance, stumbling over words, "I'll get back to you on that".
