Replying absolutely invalidates his claims, it's something even the most retarded lawyer would tell you.
This is both Patrick and Shane's biggest problem: they make these threats while also saying things that are easily proven invalid.

Shane thinks he can tell you he's working closely with law enforcement, while at the same time threatening to kill you.

Patrick thinks he can keep replying and threatening prison, despite being told by a judge point blank at the nadolski hearing he can't do that.

They really need to work on their threats. I'm not asking for a complete overhaul, just a little more thought.

he really does think he is in an action movie.. so what ? if we all get arrested tomorrow what will change for him? he will still owe quasi, he will still be stuck with Niki in that chocolate hellhole duplex, he has all his past embarrassing sins in the public record, he is done writing and that stand up career is dead on arrival.. .. .. where was I ? oh yeah - fuck that future looks bleak. I say bring on the commissary!

"Stop criminally harassing a complete stranger"

That's hurtful, Pat. A complete stranger? Not so. After a 5 year courtship, I daresay that nobody knows Pat quite as well as we do. Everyone else who has gotten to know him even a fraction of what we do quickly alienated him and put him on the Pay No Mind list. But we're still here, reliably talking to and about him every day.

That's not how "complete strangers" act, Pat. That's how best friends act.

From an outside perspective, I guess you could justify responding on social media in order to correcT The record considering it is on a public domain. There is, however, no logical explanation for responding via text as you could easily claim that he was harassing you by calling you mentally ill, a stlaker and saying this is the end of your life. Suicide demands are only acceptable when he makes them I guess.

The fact he still believes that "every new number you text from is a new felony charge" even now is one of the most hilarious beliefs of the Pig. Gets my ribs like nothing else. It's one thing to say we're going to prison (lol), but him honestly believing there will be a multi-thousand-count indictment on the horizon is just a whole new level of delusion. Pigception.

Simply put, to convict you they need to link the individual texts to the person they charge, plus they'd need maybe 30-40 of them. Then you'd have a chance to prove his replies constituted consent, then if you lost it would all run concurrent on a misdemeanor. Why would they do all this, knowing full well a few dozen other people are overseas and it will continue? Doesn't he get that?
