They're just a pair of complete fucking losers. The fact that these two retards aren't homeless is incredible. It does amuse me though that they're smart enough to scam the system to the extent that they're not living on the streets but aren't smart enough to do it so they don't have to live in some suburban shithole in a tiny little building where shootings and police callouts are a daily occurrence.
