Status of Pat's Fire Pit?

Since Pat is already on the outs with the City of Milwaukee and their code inspectors, I have to ask: does Pat still have his fire pit? Because this:

... is in violation of Ordinance 214-9, 1.a., which states:
Open burning shall be conducted only in an approved and listed container or a substantial burner built of metal, concrete or brick, well covered or screened to prevent the escape of sparking and burning embers.

Is Pat's fire pit an "approved and listed container"? Is it still in violation of the requirement that it be "well covered or screened"? Is Douglas J. Krimmer, Building Codes Enforcement Supervisor for the City of Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services aware of Pat's fire pit? Please do NOT email him at [email protected] to find out.

Being a concerned neighbor witnessing how haphazardly Pat fixes and builds things I would not trust him with building a fire pit

If he had ever lit a fire in that "pit" there would be 5000 pictures. It's just a circle of bricks that a retard put together to feel like he accomplished something
Now if real vandals existed they would dump a pail of ashes into pit before calling it in, besides building codes fires codes would be broken

I don't understand how this is even a fire pit. What kind of logs are small enough to fit into that? And there is space between bricks.

I have a portable Solo Stove that is much bigger than that, and the logs that I buy at the store are still too long to fully fit inside of it. He might as well be burning a loose pile of logs in the middle of back patio.

I have it on good authority that guy on Reddit has reported his illegal fire pit. He’s concerned it’s a fire hazard that could spark a dangerous sequence of events.
Tell that reddit guy the next time you see him that he ruined the "Pat burns down his house and neighborhood" saga.
