Trump made them interesting because he was like a WWF character when he entered the chamber. People made rude faces etc.

Now it's supposed to seem like a unifying moment when Biden comes out to more positive attention and praise, when the country is in worse condition than it was when Trump was in office.

He is just so uninspiring. He is just saying the words on the teleprompter but doesnt know what he is reading. Its like he didnt read it a couple times before the speech so he doesnt know where its going. Between Covid and this war, he doenst do a good job of instilling confidence.
