The Mickey Mouse watch being on backwards was a nice subtle touch.
Also worth mentioning that Rick wears his watch on the wrong hand. It's supposed to be on your off hand so you can check it when you're writing, etc and he's a Lefty. One Point Seven is either unaware of this or thinks special boy rules apply to him which makes him unique and quirky.
