He does have a criminal record. He was arrested and booked for a crime. He plead "No Contest" (which is a Guilty plea) to a misdemeanor crime. That's public record along with his mugshot.
He seems to think that since his criminal record doesn't have a felony conviction on it that his criminal record doesn't exist. He's a very stupid person.
