Some Complaints I’ve Received About An Employee At Work

These all relate to the same employee, I’m sure there’s more but this is what I can remember.

1. Male called and complained that an employee had stolen his phone. Complaint also filed with police.

2. Male called and complained that an employee in a company vehicle had brake checked him.

3. Male wrote in and complained that he had a broken leg and was travelling on a service road in a wheelchair when an employee in a company vehicle with whom he’d had an earlier disagreement tried to run him off the road. Complaint also filed with police.

4. Male called and complained that an employee in a company vehicle had yelled at him calling him a “cocksucking faggot”.

5. Male called in and complained that an employee had assaulted him repeatedly. Complaint also filed with police.

6. Male complained to client that an employee threatened them.

7. Group of African males complained in writing through a lawyer that an employee had called them “niggers”. Lawsuit threatened and complaint also filed with police.

As part of my role I conducted investigations into each of these and found no wrongdoing on the part of the employee.

This reminded me some lady posted to Facebook saying that two bikers brake checked her son until they got him to pull over, then came up to his window saying he tried to kill them and punched him in the face. All the comments were like "Yeah you can't ride motorcycles asses, he probably did almost kill them." Or "That doesn't just happen for no reason." She was all pissed off and indignant because her little angel would never do such a thing and that's the bottom line.

That's literally what it is. I worked for a guy like that. He was fucking awesome but he had zero filter and would say super inappropriate shit to people if it popped into his head, but get away with it because he was an eccentric old guy and he was charming and literally a give you the shirt off his back kind of guy. He had a half sister that he met way late in life who is some sort of autism expert and the first time they met, the sister told his wife that he's absolutely 110% on the spectrum.

I have a boomer cousin like that, he was married for over 30 years and she kept his autism in line but she died and now we see how hard she worked to curb his autistic behavior around other people. We were in Vegas and he would talk to random people about his new girlfriend back on the east coast and on the plane out there was playing videos he saw on FB full volume without headphones like that isn’t frowned upon.
