The DMAN has NEVER heard of old age being a form of qualified IMMUNITY. That is absolutely insane. So that's why old brawds and old faggots in our society stumble around saying whatever they want fearlessly, because they apparently know that their little white society protects their right to not get rightfully socked for their behavior. Not that a hammer attack is warranted, but if you get into it with some old cunt, you're charged with ELDER ABUSE?? A super special distinct crime unto itself.. Fuck this country is doomed.

Well, Jim when you attack someone who is the spouse of a senior politcal figure the attempted murder charge gains somewhat of a multiplier because they can argue that it was politically motivated, which means it's not some crime of passion but a pre-meditated, contrived attack. This adds an extra layer of crazy to your already murderous profile which inclines the judicial system to segregate you from the general public for longer due to the increased danger you pose to them. So yeah 30 years is about right.
Edit - this is not to say that this attack wasn't perpetrated because of some weird love triangle, just demonstrating how the deep state ghouls will spin the story to arrive at a sentence like that.
