He admitted he was going after 'John Doe 1' as an attempt to unmask other users via lawfare, but that's not how the law works; 'John Doe 1' couldn't be shown to have committed anything actionable, so he gets to keep his anonymity & Rick pays costs because he brought an unjustified lawsuit.
