I literally have never heard of anyone involved and never watched the first one even though it was filmed in Brantford, Ontario (no that's not a joke) I'm for some reason still excited. I hope they don't fuck up the story.

If you're referring to the 2012 movie then it sucked. THey based it on the third game instead of the second one. Adelaide Clemens played Heather and she did a good enough job, her best role is in Rectify.
