No. It's a guilty pleasure of sorts, however I will admit that it's just so scripted that it takes you out of the show sometimes. There are just too many contrived conversations and situations to have to wring out content for an hour long show--

The one on the right isn't completely terrible and has lost a lot of weight and she seems to have mellowed, but she still sometimes has the mental maturity of a 10 year old. The one on the right, Tammy is known for her attitude (she's fucking uppity) and unfortunate Geico caveman brow that I'm pretty sure she could lose all the weight in the world, abd it wouldn't matter.

Finally, they kind of ran out of material so they have started to focus on side characters like other family members, who are all morbidly obese. A kind of 3rd character is their brother who was their care taker when the sisters were both completely useless. He is a big guy himself so he got the surgery and is slimming down. Even with the surgeries, they will still eat pretty unhealthy as they seem to think Chinese food is healthy.

It's harmless entertainment and better than most reality shows (low bar) as it doesn't promote degenerate and hopefully acts as a deterrent for people to let themselves go so bad-
