I still have a Galaxy s10E. I am due for an upgrade myself, but I really dig this phone, and simply don't want to go to the Sprint store and have to fuck with it.

It's a ploy. Planned obsolescence. Apple created it, now everyone emulates it. Keep releasing "new, updated" models of the phone at regular intervals so that consumers will be tricked into feeling the need to keep upgrading to the latest model to avoid public scrutiny of having "an outdated model".

People love them but I abandoned my iPhone and bought a galaxy S6 when they just came out and hated that phone so much that it pushed me back into the Apple ecosystem. I hated all the preinstalled software that came with the Verizon version and there were apps you couldn't uninstall just 'disable'. Annoying shit like that. I don't need 5 apps for texting, what is that shit? It also started draining battery super fast after a year or two and I just said fuck it and bought an iPhone 8 Plus. I just finally upgraded to an iPhone 12 and it's great. I know Apple is gay but their devices are nice and easy to use without any nonsense.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the DOOGEE Ruggedphones; you get a top-tier Android which is waterproof with long battery, dual sim, etc. They look ok too. Fuck paying for branding, especially with Android. At least apple actually do something different, I'm just not a hipster-douche who likes spending money on rapidly depreciation accoutrements.
