It’s very hard to get below a 600. Actually almost impossible unless you only have one single account that’s been sent to collections and maybe a wage garnishment sprinkled in there as well. He mentioned having a credit card which gives him access to the Delta SkyLounge. Assuming he isn’t lying and didn’t pay the full price for entry, that’s either one of the Delta Skymiles cards or the classic Platinum card, both of which are American Express cards. Amex is well know for requiring a high credit score to maintain accounts with. I’m gonna go on a limb here and assume that his score has to be at least 625, which is by no means any good. But it’s the bare minimum you’d need to *maintain* an existing Amex account without them shutting you down. Minimum 700 just to open an account with them but there’s absolutely no way he’s above 700 at the moment.
I had a >590 after getting several medical bills that id just throw away for years and years. I had nothing but multiple collections on my credit report. The tax guys said “oooo sheesh man. Youre ina rought spot. Not good”. It took me years and years and years and meeting my wife and her making me settle all the debts and pay em off little by little (for lower than they say) and now my score is just over 700. It took a LONG time but its doable.

Between the judgement debt against him that he refuses to pay, the fines he owes the city for his backward fence, Posts By Ghost failing and his lack of employment, it can't be good.
He’s fat.

Good for you brotherman. I bought a house about a year and a half ago and those Jews knocked off about 50 points for it.

Hell yeah man! Good work. With Blackrock and those types of corporations buying bilions of dollars of houses and whole towns was freaking me out. We NEEDED to buy property. And it just so happened our landlord was giving our rental house to his daughter so we were forced into it. Its a good thing.

Too bad 4 wks after moving in a pipe busted in the wall upstairs and i had water coming out if my light sockets and hvac and collapsed my ceiling…..which also requires the Asbestos Abatement Team because there is asbestos in that area. Insurance is looking at like 20k right off the bat.
